Intercom is an AI Customer Service company looking for Staff Product Engineers to join their AI Group. This role involves building AI-powered products, working with ML Scientists and product teams to define new ML features, research algorithms, and prototype rapidly. The team is product-focused, works closely with Product and Design, and aims to quickly ship to beta. They apply various machine learning technologies, from supervised models to transformer neural networks, and measure customer impact. The ideal candidate is an experienced product engineer with an analytical approach and some hands-on experience with ML systems.
