Renesas Electronics is hiring a Staff Product Engineer in Austin, Texas, to lead the full lifecycle of advanced semiconductor power products, from silicon bring-up through qualification, production release, and sustaining. The role owns product quality, yield optimization, reliability, test and manufacturing issues, customer escalations, and cross-functional technical decisions, while mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related discipline, at least 8 years of semiconductor product or test engineering experience, and expertise in power, analog, or mixed-signal technologies, ATE, characterization, and data analysis.
