Description
Traba is hiring a founding Product Manager for its AI Agents team to build an agentic platform that autonomously operates inside customers’ industrial supply-chain workflows. The role will define product strategy, requirements, agent systems, evaluations, and quality frameworks while working with founders, engineers, ML teams, and customers. It requires 7–10 years of product management experience, experience launching AI-native or customer-facing agent products, strong technical ability, and comfort in ambiguous startup environments. The position is onsite in New York City or San Francisco five days per week and offers a salary of $180,000–$210,000 plus equity and health, dental, and vision coverage.
