Pearly is hiring a Staff Product Manager to own AI across its data and analytics surface, building predictive models and agentic workflows that turn dental billing, payments, and practice data into actionable financial intelligence. The role owns dashboards, reporting, data architecture, PMS integrations, AI product strategy, customer discovery, and cross-functional execution, while also shaping broader product strategy and monetizable features. Candidates need 7+ years of product management experience, including senior-IC ownership of data, analytics, reporting, or BI products, along with strong SQL, data-modeling, AI, and commercial instincts. The position offers $180,000–$210,000 in salary plus equity and healthcare benefits, and does not offer H1B sponsorship.
