ACV is hiring a Staff Product Manager to own and scale products in its dealer-to-dealer marketplace. The role sets product strategy and roadmaps, leads and coaches junior product managers, partners with engineering and executives, drives marketplace growth, leads go-to-market planning, and establishes product practices for AI-native, prototype-led discovery. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a proven record of building and scaling products, direct product-management leadership experience, and strong product strategy, discovery, financial, communication, and release-planning skills. The position does not offer immigration or work visa sponsorship.
