Kodiak Robotics is hiring a Staff Product Manager to define the strategic direction and technical roadmap for its Level 4 autonomous trucking platform across sensors, compute, vehicle integration, and customer deployments. The role owns product vision, architecture-level requirements, cross-functional execution, deployment feedback, executive communication, and product-management standards, with 10–25% travel to commercial sites and hardware partners. Candidates need 12+ years of product management experience in hardware-intensive domains, platform-level strategy, deep technical fluency, strong judgment and communication, and an MS or PhD in engineering, computer science, or a related field. The position is based in Mountain View, California, with a base salary of $180,000–$240,000 USD and medical, dental, vision, equity, bonus, and other benefits.
