Ascertain is hiring a Staff Product Manager, Automation to own the roadmap and productization of its LLM-powered automation platform for healthcare operations. The role partners with engineering, operations, deployment, and GTM teams to translate complex workflows into agent specifications, define evaluation and observability systems, prioritize automation investments, and measure ROI. Candidates need 8+ years of product management experience, including technical or workflow-automation products and integration with enterprise systems, along with AI/ML fluency, analytical skills, and strong written communication. The role is remote-friendly, with a hybrid model for NYC-based team members.
