Xometry is hiring a Staff Product Manager for its Buyer Experience group to own the enterprise quote-to-order experience. The role defines a 6–12 month strategy and roadmap, runs experiments on RFQ intake and multi-stakeholder approvals, gathers enterprise customer insights, sets KPIs, and collaborates with engineering, design, data science, marketing, legal/compliance, and customer success. The position requires a hybrid schedule of three days per week at the Waltham, Massachusetts or North Bethesda, Maryland office, and seeks a candidate with at least 10 years of product management experience, enterprise marketplace expertise, AI-tool fluency, and a bachelor's degree. The estimated base salary is $180,000–$207,000 annually plus bonus, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
