Affirm is hiring a Staff Product Manager to shape and modernize its Comms Plat, a platform powering transactional communications across channels. The role will set product strategy and roadmaps, build shared capabilities, lead complex platform initiatives through launch and adoption, and make tradeoffs involving reliability, scalability, cost, regulatory requirements, and customer experience. It requires 8+ years of product management experience, strong technical fluency with Engineering, cross-functional influence, and the ability to drive adoption across teams. The position is remote-first in the United Kingdom, with an option to work from the London office, and offers a base pay range of £142,000–£190,000 per year plus equity and benefits.
