The role leads the Intelligent DFM Workbench, partners with data science and ML engineering on 3D geometry and visual-language models, tracks quality and cycle-time metrics, and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders. It requires 8+ years of product management experience, including AI/ML-powered or technical products, complex data contracts, and policy-driven workflows, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
