HelloFresh is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead its Onboarding squad and own the product vision and end-to-end early customer experience across web and app for all HelloFresh Group brands, including Factor. The role focuses on building and scaling a Next Best Action framework, improving settled conversion through experimentation, coordinating with Data Science, Engineering, CRM, and other squads, and owning onboarding metrics and BAU operations. Candidates should have at least six years of senior or staff product management experience in consumer subscription products, strong cross-surface and cross-functional leadership, and experience with growth experimentation and ML-powered personalisation. The New York pay range is $190,000–$233,000 USD.
