Description
Kueski is hiring a Growth Team Lead to own active customer growth across Kueski Pay and Kueski Cash. The role combines senior product leadership with commercial ownership, setting growth targets, prioritizing lifecycle and retention initiatives, resolving cross-functional trade-offs, building growth infrastructure, and leading a team spanning Lending, Marketing, Branding, CX, Data, Account Management, and Credit Risk. The position requires at least seven years of product management experience, commercial or growth P&L ownership, cross-functional leadership, growth measurement expertise, senior-stakeholder influence, and English and Spanish proficiency.
