MongoDB is hiring a Staff Product Manager for its IT Go-to-Market Partner Management team to own internal technology products supporting partner programs, PRM platforms, AI-enabled partner administration, workflows, integrations, and partner ecosystem information sharing. The role leads product strategy, roadmap, requirements, delivery, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and metrics across GTM and partner operations, with a hybrid work model based in Palo Alto. Candidates need 12+ years of enterprise SaaS or cloud product management experience, including PRM, partner operations, Salesforce, AI automation, and workflow applications, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The U.S. base salary range is $164,000–$323,000 USD.
