Airwallex is hiring a Staff Product Manager, Lending to lead strategy and execution across embedded and first-party lending products. The role covers origination, underwriting, servicing, repayment, partner enablement, portfolio optimisation, market opportunities, cross-functional alignment, product trade-offs, scalable operating models, and mentoring other product managers. Candidates need at least eight years of professional experience, substantial fintech or lending product management experience, a strong track record in complex regulated product areas, and a bachelor’s degree or higher.
