Grafana Labs is hiring a fully remote Staff Product Manager for OpenTelemetry Experience, focused on owning the end-to-end customer journey from workload instrumentation through healthy, actionable telemetry in Grafana Cloud. The role leads cross-product strategy across SDKs, automatic instrumentation, OpenTelemetry Collectors, coding-agent workflows, onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, telemetry validation, and downstream observability solution activation. It requires 5+ years of product management experience in technically complex B2B domains, strong OpenTelemetry expertise, cross-functional influence, customer research and product-data skills, and familiarity with Kubernetes, virtual machines, and public cloud environments. The role is remote for candidates in the US Eastern Time zone and offers a United States base salary of $208,602 to $250,322 per year plus RSUs.
