Staff Product Manager, Physical AI at Homebound

Homebound is hiring a Staff Product Manager, Physical AI to own the strategy and roadmap for AI products used on construction sites. The role will translate computer vision, vision-language models, and agents into reliable field applications, establish evaluation and human-in-the-loop quality frameworks, drive adoption across Construction Operations, Field Operations, and Engineering, and define metrics and experiments. Candidates need at least 8 years of product management experience, a record of shipping applied AI systems in production, technical fluency with ML and engineering teams, and experience moving products from concept through real-world adoption.
