The role focuses on AI-native benefits administration and compliance experiences, cross-functional orchestration across engineering, design, data science, and compliance, and the translation of complex regulatory requirements into customer-centric products. Candidates need at least five years of product management experience, a strong track record of shipping products, experience with AI/ML or agentic workflows, and an undergraduate degree in a relevant field; domain expertise in benefits, insurance, payroll, or HR is preferred. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Mountain View, with a base salary of $188,500–$255,000.
