Loot Labs is hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the BOXED.GG product roadmap and the full customer journey, including its digital economy, onboarding, activation, gamification, retention, inventory pipeline, and fulfillment systems. The role is responsible for setting and defending product direction, driving business and customer outcomes, using quantitative and qualitative data, and making difficult decisions across engineering, design, marketing, growth, support, and other departments. The position is remote-first and seeks a product leader with significant ownership, revenue impact, and experience in consumer products, marketplaces, digital economies, or fulfillment systems.
