Greenlight is hiring a Staff Product Security Engineer to own end-to-end security for its consumer products, digital platform, and emerging hardware. The role leads security architecture and threat modeling, penetration testing, PSIRT operations, AI security guardrails, secure AI development workflows, and security culture initiatives. It requires 10+ years of product security experience, strong application, cloud, embedded, and AI security expertise, and knowledge of regulated financial environments. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Product Security and offers flexible remote and in-office work in New York, California, Washington, and Colorado, with an estimated base salary of $165,000–$200,000 in the first three states and $165,000–$$185,000 in Colorado.
