Description
The role interfaces with cross-functional teams across the product life cycle to improve yield, reduce test costs, and ensure device quality and manufacturability. Responsibilities include dispositioning low-yield lots, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, sustaining activities, new-product qualification, tester-platform migration, gross-margin improvement, and system integration. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering or a related field, more than seven years of high-volume semiconductor manufacturing experience, knowledge of analog, digital, or power product testing and failure analysis, statistical analysis proficiency, and strong communication and project-management skills.
