The role will establish forecasting, capacity, staffing, resource utilization, project economics, delivery operations, PSA and CRM tooling, revenue recognition systems partnerships, and go-to-market alignment. It requires 10+ years of experience in professional services or revenue operations, deep knowledge of PS business models, and hands-on experience with Kantata or a comparable PSA platform. The role is remote for United States residents and offers a base salary of $139,200–$235,200 USD.
