The role involves developing program governance and execution plans, coordinating cross-functional and cross-geographical initiatives, tracking quality and productivity KPIs, supporting employee engagement and learning, and advancing digital transformation through automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, and intelligent workflow solutions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, science, or an equivalent engineering-related experience, along with program/project management, cross-site coordination, data analytics, and digital transformation experience.
