The role manages software tooling for sustainment capabilities, takes ownership of ambiguous problems, shepherds cross-functional stakeholders, identifies operational gaps, analyzes data, and executes ad hoc projects supporting operational and financial decisions. Candidates need at least four years of cross-functional leadership experience in hardware, software, or peopleware organizations, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance. The listed salary range is $166,000 to $220,000 USD, with equity and benefits for full-time employees.
