BILL is hiring a Program Manager for Post Sales to report to the VP of Post Sales and own cross-functional initiatives across onboarding, customer success, and customer solutions. The role translates business priorities into sequenced plans, gathers requirements for reporting, dashboards, and workflow changes, maintains project status in RevOps, and operationalizes the Post Sales.OS cadence. Candidates should have 4 to 7 years of experience in program or project management, business operations, revenue operations, or a comparable cross-functional execution role, along with strong requirements-gathering, influence, metrics, and organizational skills.
