Description
Dexcom is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs from concept through implementation, including manufacturing expansion, new product introduction, automation, and operational improvement initiatives. The role coordinates Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Facilities, IT, external partners, and other functional teams; develops program plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, governance, and communication strategies; monitors progress and financial performance; and supports change management and stakeholder engagement.
