GitLab is hiring a Staff Program Manager, CCO Programs, to own and execute cross-functional CCO-level programs such as go-to-market transformation, retention and renewal motions, field-to-product feedback loops, and executive engagement with high-value accounts. The role turns executive direction into workstreams, coordinates senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Renewals, Professional Services, Data, and Enablement, tracks program health and ARR outcomes, and helps build the Programs function’s operating model. It is a founding seat reporting to the CCO, fully remote, and offers a United States base salary range of $139,200 to $235,200 USD.
