Intuit is hiring a Staff Program Manager of Expert Readiness & Engagement (India) to lead regional change management and operational readiness for its India-based expert community. The role owns readiness roadmaps, deployment orchestration, impact assessments, adoption tracking, hypercare, listening infrastructure, feedback analysis, internal communications, site branding, and localized engagement initiatives. It requires 8–10+ years of program management, change management, or operational excellence experience in a global technology company or scaled India-based capability center, along with expertise in software migrations, stakeholder management, and strategic communications.
