Description
VulcanForms is hiring a Staff Program Manager, NPI to manage one or more customers’ portfolios of complex new product introduction programs from award through launch and sustaining. The role partners with internal teams and customers, manages program scope, schedule, budget, risk, and critical path, supports manufacturing qualification and cross-functional execution, and facilitates customer meetings and workshops. Candidates need at least seven years of experience managing complex new product development or introduction projects, familiarity with manufacturing qualification procedures, cross-functional and customer relationship experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. The position offers an annual base salary of $130,909 to $180,000, equity, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
