Intuit is hiring a Senior Change Manager to own end-to-end organizational change management delivery and adoption strategy for critical CTREC programs affecting employees, security, enterprise systems, and employee-experience technology. The role is hands-on and executive-facing, requiring the manager to build and execute change strategy, communications, enablement, stakeholder engagement, adoption measurement, and low-friction adoption solutions. It is a hybrid position based in the office three days per week, with a Mountain View base pay range of $158,000 to $214,000.
