Description
Synopsys is seeking a SerDes PHY IP Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-speed SerDes PHY IP projects from definition through tapeout and customer deployment. The role manages cross-functional engineering teams, aligns technical deliverables with R&D and marketing requirements, resolves dependencies and risks, improves engineering processes, supports pre- and post-sales technical engagement, and mentors project leads and engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master's or PhD with 6+ years of relevant experience.
