Description
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Staff Project / Process Automation Engineer to provide technical leadership in developing new/existing products and processes to drive manufacturing efficiency. This role involves serving as a project lead for automated manufacturing solutions, ensuring adherence to environmental health and safety policies, GAMP 5 methodology, and good engineering practices. The successful candidate will manage the early lifecycle of capital projects, mitigate technical risks, define requirements, oversee equipment design, and ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
