Agile Space Industries is seeking an experienced Staff Propulsion Design Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of propulsion components and systems. This role involves owning hypergolic propulsion hardware from concept to production, providing technical mentorship, conducting root cause investigations, preparing engineering documentation, collaborating with various teams, supporting hot-fire test campaigns, performing system-level trade studies, and driving design modifications based on test data interpretation.
