Selector is hiring a full-time Lead Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for network and observability platforms. The role defines functional, integration, performance, scalability, and regression test strategies; integrates tests into CI/CD pipelines; analyzes failures; mentors engineers; and drives quality initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least six years of networking and load testing experience, programming skills in Python, Java, or Go, and experience with test automation, network protocols, observability tools, and CI/CD. The salary is $140,000–$170,000.
