Description
OpenMined is hiring a QA Lead to build its quality function from the ground up by embedding with engineering teams, designing and writing tests, building testing frameworks and tooling, establishing quality policies and production-readiness standards, and integrating automated quality gates into CI/CD. The role requires at least five years of professional software engineering experience, Python proficiency, experience integrating testing frameworks across at least two ecosystems, and the ability to introduce testing culture to engineering teams.
