StackAdapt is hiring a Staff Quality Engineer for its Automation and Intelligence Pillar, a hands-on individual-contributor leadership role focused on setting quality strategy for AI and agentic systems. The engineer will design evaluation frameworks, build automated test suites and tooling, integrate testing into CI/CD, establish quality metrics, mentor engineering teams, and influence architectural decisions. The role is remote-first and open to candidates in Canada or the United States, with a base salary of CAD 134,400–184,800 or USD 136,000–187,000 depending on location.
