Watlow is hiring a Staff Quality Engineer to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of an AS9100-compliant Quality Management System in preparation for certification. The role partners with engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and leadership to establish quality processes, conduct audits and gap analyses, manage risk and corrective actions, support aerospace and defense projects, and build a culture of operational excellence. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a relevant bachelor’s degree, substantial quality-engineering experience, AS9100 certification or recertification experience, and strong project-management and communication skills.
