Description
The Quality Engineer will support diagnostic instrument manufacturing at BD’s Sparks, Maryland facility, applying quality-system requirements, developing and maintaining SOPs, leading quality initiatives, managing audits, and using statistical and root-cause analysis tools to drive corrective and preventive actions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of regulated-environment experience or a master’s degree with 5 years of regulated-environment experience, plus 5 years of Quality Engineering experience and relevant certification. The position is primarily on-site with at least four days per week in the office and offers an annual salary of $117,800 to $188,600 USD.
