Infleqtion is hiring a Staff Quantum Physicist to lead the design, integration, calibration, operation, and improvement of neutral-atom quantum computing systems and critical subsystems. The role combines hands-on quantum hardware and experimental work with technical leadership, team development, cross-functional delivery, and management of up to six direct reports. Candidates should have a relevant PhD or equivalent experience, typically 5+ years of post-PhD experience, and strong expertise in AMO physics, coherent quantum-control systems, lasers, optical and vacuum systems, Python, Linux, and experimental automation. The position offers an annualized salary of $166,000 to $256,000 plus incentive eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
