Abbott is hiring a Staff R&D Engineer, Predictive Engineering & Validation, to lead advanced bench testing strategies for electrophysiology therapies and technologies. The role develops test methods, experimental platforms, data-driven analyses, verification and validation strategies, and laboratory capabilities; partners with engineering, clinical, systems, regulatory, quality, and product development teams; and mentors engineers and scientists. The position is based in Plymouth, Minnesota, requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant medical device experience, and offers a base salary of $99,300 to $198,700.
