Gibson Dunn is hiring a temporary Staff Recruiter to oversee full-cycle recruitment for open staff requisitions across its U.S. offices. The role manages sourcing, candidate screening, offer negotiations, applicant tracking, onboarding, compliance, recruitment metrics, and relationships with hiring managers and agency search firms. It reports to the Manager, Staff Recruiting and requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with recruiting and talent acquisition experience; 7+ years of recruiting experience in a legal environment is strongly preferred. Compensation is $48–$58 per hour, with possible health care and paid sick time.
