Description
The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, assuming accountability for a selected group of patients/families during various phases of their stay, including admission, Phase 1 and Phase 2 anesthesia recovery, and discharge. This role involves establishing therapeutic relationships, identifying patient needs, implementing care plans, documenting progress, administering medications, utilizing appropriate equipment, and participating in clinical research.
