Description
GitLab is hiring a Staff Renewals Operations Manager to own and improve the end-to-end renewal operating model, including renewal identification, risk management, quoting, close, data hygiene, forecasting, retention reporting, Salesforce and subscription systems, automation, and case management. Reporting to the Director of CX Operations, this senior individual contributor role partners with Revenue Technology, Finance, Renewals, Customer Success, Sales, and Revenue Analytics to improve processes, data quality, and operational controls. The role is remote and offers a United States base salary range of $139,200 to $235,200 USD.
