Description
The RFIC Validation Engineer will validate RF block KPIs and system compliance for connectivity products, including transceiver blocks such as PA, PPA, mixer, LNA, and ADC. The role involves driving ATE and bench correlation, developing test plans and coverage models, managing validation readiness for tape-out, risk production, and mass production, and collaborating with design and architecture teams to debug issues. The position requires a degree in electrical, electronics, or computer engineering and 6–10 years of semiconductor validation, product engineering, or silicon debug experience, along with hands-on experience with RF laboratory equipment and silicon debug tools.
