Black Canyon Consulting is hiring a Staff Scientist to develop high-fidelity artificial intelligence models for decoding gene regulation across human and mouse genomes using Telomere-to-Telomere reference assemblies. The role leads AI model design, TREDNet-based cloud-native frameworks, distributed multi-GPU training, large-scale genomic and epigenomic data integration, containerized pipelines, MLOps, and cloud deployment. It requires a PhD in a relevant field, at least five years of machine learning or deep learning experience, strong genomics and software engineering expertise, and experience with cloud, GPU, containerized, and MLOps workflows. The targeted salary is $110,000-$140,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
