Description
The Environmental and Industrial Hygiene Field Investigator conducts environmental and industrial hygiene site investigations, including air, water, soil, material, asbestos, lead paint, radon, noise, indoor air quality, Phase I environmental site assessments, property condition assessments, and stormwater SWPPP inspections. The role develops sampling strategies, performs fieldwork, analyzes data, prepares technical reports and proposals, communicates with clients, and may supervise junior staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field, 3–6 years of relevant experience, environmental data-collection experience, and a valid driver’s license; CIH, asbestos-inspector, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
