Description
Netskope is hiring a Staff Software Development Engineer in Test to own quality for significant areas of its AI Gateway product, supporting services, and APIs across SaaS and on-prem or hybrid environments. The role is hands-on and individual-contributor focused, requiring ownership of reliability, correctness, performance, security, and user-experience expectations; development of robust automated test suites; deep debugging across microservices, Kubernetes, networking, and CI/CD; and production ownership through on-call participation. Candidates need 8+ years of software quality engineering or SDET experience, including 5+ years in distributed systems, cloud services, or security/networking products, along with strong Python or Golang, API and distributed-systems testing, CI/CD, Kubernetes, networking, and defect-management skills.
