Description
Harness is hiring a Staff Security Analyst to lead security and compliance programs at scale across its GRC and Information Security organizations. The role focuses on commercial compliance certifications such as SOC 2, SOC 1, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA; GRC automation and CI/CD integration; Federal compliance support including FedRAMP and CMMC; customer trust and security questionnaires; risk and vendor management; and stakeholder engagement. Candidates need 8–10 years of relevant security, compliance, and GRC experience, cloud-native automation expertise, and strong cybersecurity and project management skills. The position is remote within the United States or hybrid from one of Harness’s offices, with a base salary of $150,000–$164,000 annually.
