Description
PayPal is hiring a Staff Product Security Engineer, AI Security to provide technical leadership across AI-assisted software development, AI-enabled products and agentic systems, and AI-driven vulnerability detection and remediation. The role partners with security architecture, engineering, product, and platform teams to design and operate scalable security controls, conduct security reviews, build monitoring and incident-response capabilities, evaluate third-party AI services, and mentor engineers. It requires at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination, and hands-on experience securing AI systems, with a balanced hybrid work model and healthcare coverage.
