Description
ServiceNow is hiring an IC Tech Lead for compliance automation to build and operate automated evidence-collection pipelines, continuous control monitoring, and software-based compliance systems. The role leads technical engagements with external auditors for certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, and CSA STAR Level 2; applies AI and agents to validate controls and detect drift; partners with stakeholders; and transforms compliance documentation. It requires U.S. citizenship, at least 8 years of information security experience focused on compliance and risk management, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and expertise with AWS and security frameworks.
