Nubank is hiring a Staff Security Engineer to lead identity and access management security across a financial technology organization serving customers in Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. The senior individual-contributor role owns a multi-year IAM security strategy, large-scale authentication migrations, enterprise identity infrastructure, least-privilege access programs, security frameworks, incident response, preparedness exercises, technical mentorship, and regulatory engagements. Candidates need at least 15 years of security engineering experience focused on identity, authentication, or access management, along with expertise in IAM protocols, software engineering, threat modeling, and communication with senior stakeholders.
